Tools for working with epoxy resin generally fall into two categories: disposable, such as wooden stir sticks, and reusable, like spatulas. Disposable tools are handy as they may be easily tossed after use (and once the polymer has fully cured). Reusable tools should be cleaned promptly before the resin/hardener mixture sets completely to facilitate reuse. To clean, use thinner, acetone, or alcohol and clean paper towels.
